The vineyard paths of Méry-Prémecy offer a rewarding journey, combining a passion for vines and a quest for flavors. Today run by the 3rd generation of the family, Maison Guyot-Guillaume perpetuates the Champagne tradition, while exploiting modern know-how. The result is cuvées with unique personalities, which you’ll be able to taste on the tour.

This guided walk will introduce you to the ecological values advocated by the House, which has been certified High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne since July 2019. Preservation of the terroir and its biodiversity, control of environmental risks, responsible management of water and waste, and energy and climate challenges are the 4 axes on which Maison Guyot-Guillaume relies to reduce its ecological footprint.
