On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area and open-plan kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a mezzanine bedroom with double bed, a sleeping area (windowless) with double bed, TV and bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

Outside, you’ll find a small garden and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, a very pretty garden and a swimming pool (accessible and heated from June to early September) to be shared with the 2nd gite. Electricity and heating are included in the price. Beds made, end-of-stay cleaning included. Street parking. All shops and amenities on site.
