20 minutes from downtown Troyes, 15 minutes from factory outlets, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 freeway, come and stay in a charming apartment where calm, rest and serenity reign.

The gite features a spacious living room with a sofa bed (possibility of accommodating 2 extra people), flat-screen TV with Netflix access, home cinema/DVD player, bookshelf, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people. There’s a double bedroom (160×200 bed) with direct access to the bathroom (bath, vanity unit and toilet). Outside, you’ll find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, secure parking (closed by an electric gate) and access to the fully enclosed grounds. There’s also a bicycle, badminton, Molkky and petanque area. Heating, electricity, towels and beds made up on arrival are included in the price of your stay.

This air-conditioned apartment (sleeps 2 to 4) on the first floor of an outbuilding is nestled in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Nature Park, just a few minutes from the lakes, on a one-hectare property surrounded by century-old trees and greenery.
