Enclosed terrace and access to lawned garden. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available. This gîte is suitable for accompanied disabled guests.
Additional charges: electricity (including heating: €30/week from 01/10 to 30/04). For business stays: 3 people maximum / bed linen and cleaning required.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards 3 km away, marked wooded trails starting from the gîte.
