Introduction to Tasting: Aromas Workshop – Domaine Champagne Piot-Sevillano

Looking for a unique and rewarding sensory experience? Sign up for the Arômes workshop offered by Maison Piot-Sévillano in Vincelles, near Château-Thierry! This 10-generation family-run estate invites you to discover its champagnes and learn how to taste them in the village’s old schoolhouse. Come with your family or friends! A warm welcome awaits you!

Located in the heart of the Marne Valley, Domaine Piot-Sévillano produces rare and atypical champagnes from the Vincelles terroir. Certified « Haute Valeur Environnementale » (High Environmental Value) and « Agriculture Biologique » (Organic Farming), the estate has also been awarded the « Vigneron Indépendant » (Independent Winegrower) label and environmental certification.

The Aromas workshop program includes 3 exciting stages to discover, awaken the senses and enjoy! You’ll start with an introduction to tasting and mouth structure. Next, you’ll learn to recognize scents using aromatic vials. Finally, you’ll be introduced to the art of tasting by blind-tasting 3 champagnes from the Maison Piot-Sévillano.

To help you make the most of this experience, Maison Piot-Sévillano will provide all the necessary equipment, including a set, tasting booklet, documentation, pen and aromatic vials. Children are also welcome, and can take part in a fun game about aromas and coloring while their parents enjoy the champagnes.

This introduction to tasting will not only be an opportunity to discover Piot-Sévillano champagnes, but also to share warm moments with family and friends. A magnificent view over the Marne Valley will enhance the session from the panoramic terrace, for even more pleasures to share!
