The valleys around the Meurthe and its tributaries and their special features
The valleys around the Meurthe and its tributaries and their special features
Take advantage of an exceptional walk to explore the Meurthe, Plaine and Rabodeau valleys! As well as magnificent scenery, you’ll plunge into the heart of a rich biodiversity, with unique flora and fauna.
The valley’s biodiversity is particularly rich, hosting a variety of fauna species, including insects such as butterflies and crickets, as well as diverse flora species in the meadows. Among these species, some of international interest, such as bats, find their habitat in the trees of the area and feed in the clearings. The area covers the Meurthe and its tributaries in the Raon l’Etape sector and the surrounding valleys, stretching from Saint-Michel sur Meurthe to Lunéville.
Accessible to all, the walks vary from 3 to 10 km and present no specific difficulty. Car-pooling is encouraged, and a snack will be offered to each participant. Details of the meeting place will be given on registration, for each proposed date.
Don’t wait any longer, come and discover breathtaking landscapes and exceptional biodiversity. Book now!
