A visit to the museum is the first step on a discovery tour of the town's heritage, including sites evoking Joan of Arc's epic journey through Vaucouleurs (Porte de France, crypt of the chapelle castrale, etc.).

Enthusiastic guides take you through the tumultuous history of the young Joan of Arc.

Monday to Sunday: 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:30pm.
– September 1 to September 22:
Monday to Saturday: 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:30pm (except closed Tuesday morning), Sunday and public holidays: 1:30pm-5:30pm (also open Sunday September 22 from 9:30am to 12:30pm on the occasion of the European Heritage Days).
– September 23 to December 31:
Monday to Friday: 9am-12pm and 1pm-5pm (except closed on Tuesday mornings and public holidays).
