Experience a unique creative immersion in the world of craftsmanship and illustration! This two-part workshop will introduce you to two artistic techniques. Let Anne, a bookbinder, and Isabelle, a watercolor illustrator, guide you as you create your own notebook and your first illustrations.
The first part of the workshop will be dedicated to exploring bookbinding with Anne, who will guide you through the process of making a Leporello notebook. Using high-quality materials—such as 300g rag paper, ideal for watercolor, as well as a variety of canvases and papers for the cover—you’ll design a personalized notebook. You’ll discover the joy of working with paper and the precision required in bookbinding.
The workshop will continue with Isabelle, who will introduce you to the basics of watercolor painting. Through simple exercises, you’ll create a watercolor and mixed-media illustration. This is your chance to explore your creativity while learning the essential techniques for mastering this delicate art form.
Unleash your inner artist and leave with your own one-of-a-kind notebook, as well as your first watercolor paintings. Don’t miss this opportunity to discover two artistic crafts and express your creativity. Reserve your spot now!
