Les Olivanies – RETRO Room
Come and enjoy an authentic experience at Les Olivanies for a stay in Champagne with family or friends. Situated in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, more precisely in Monthelon, near Epernay in the Marne region, this guest house offers you its Rétro room, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
The least we can say is that the Rétro room lives up to its name. Carefully decorated in powder pink and beige tones, it features raw, natural materials, vintage furniture and antique objects. This non-smoking guestroom is located on the second floor of a former 19th-century barn, and offers a view of the city's monuments.
With a surface area of 30 m², it features a double bed, two trundle beds, a beautifully equipped bathroom and an enclosed toilet. Breakfast, already included in the price, is served on the first floor, in a spacious room with a Belle Époque café atmosphere.
On arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed by Stéphanie and Olivier, who will do their utmost to ensure your stay is absolutely perfect. They'll be delighted to advise you on local sights and restaurants.

LES OLIVANIES
Three air-conditioned guest rooms in Monthelon, near Epernay in the Marne, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in a 19th-century barn carefully renovated over 2 years by Stéphanie & Olivier.
The building, located in the courtyard opposite the owners' home, was once used as a hayloft on the 1st floor and for wine-making on the first floor.
A weekend in Champagne?
Each of the three guest rooms on the 1st floor, equipped with new top-of-the-range bedding, is dedicated to guests and decorated with charm and refinement.
The vast room on the first floor, decorated in a café atmosphere of yesteryear, serves breakfast with a relaxing area where you can make yourself comfortable.
During your stay, we hope to offer you a pleasant and serene time with family or friends.
Take the time to relax and unwind in a friendly atmosphere!
