The Bike Park du Lac Blanc offers a junior course specially designed for children aged 8 to 12. Accompanied by a professional, they will learn how to ride a mountain bike in complete safety.

The junior course is designed not only for novices to mountain biking in a bikepark, but also for beginners who want to improve their performance. It covers the basic techniques needed to master this type of bike. In particular, participants will learn how to position themselves correctly on the mountain bike to keep their balance at all times. They will also practice gear shifting and braking.

The course also offers an insight into the potential difficulties that mountain bikes can encounter on mountain trails. In addition to basic techniques, young riders will learn how to read the terrain and anticipate turns. At the same time, they'll discover techniques for overcoming various obstacles on the trails. By the end of the course, they'll be completely self-sufficient and ready to take on some of the most beautiful trails in the Vosges, starting with the green trails of Lac Blanc.

Other mountain biking courses are available to suit all ages and levels.
