OME SWEET HOME
OME SWEET HOME, an "ECOLOGICAL" guest house to welcome you in the heart of CHAMPAGNE and the FORET D'ORIENT NATURAL PARK. We've opted for a contemporary concept, and have taken great pleasure in seeking out harmonious, sober decor both inside and out.
The materials used in the house reflect the notion of economy, ecosystem and bioconstruction, in harmony with the built and natural environment. Here, the all-wood construction employs natural materials and insulation techniques such as cellulose wadding and wood wool, as well as solar energy via roof-integrated collectors. The woods used are spruce, chestnut and poplar. For interior decoration, natural lime plaster was used, with the addition of linen or pigments to vary the decoration of the ground-floor living space. Finally, to vary the pleasures and add a personal touch to the 4 bedrooms, we have chosen vegetable-based paints (soybean oil) for healthier air quality.
During your stay, you can choose from options such as massage, access to the wellness area or lazing by the heated pool. It's also possible to book a table d'hôte meal prepared by a chef, and to taste the wines and champagne we've selected.
