Located on the Côte des Bar, in the pretty village of Loches-sur-Ource, this family-owned champagne house will share with you its passion for wine in all its authenticity. An immersive visit of its cellar awaits you, which will be completed by a sensory discovery of the aromas of Amyot champagnes.

Harvesting and handling since 1930, the Amyot family has maintained a love of the land and the vines for generations, a passion and know-how that the 3rd generation of Amyot continues to perpetuate in their 22 ha vineyard located in the heart of the Côte des Bar. During your visit, you will travel through this fascinating family history, which began with the first bottle of champagne in 1936. You will also discover the pillars of a reasoned and ecological culture, which has allowed the House to obtain the High Environmental Value certification in 2019.

For a total immersion in the wine-making life, the Champagne Amyot House will also share with you the manufacturing process of its vintages. From the arrival of the grapes to the bottling, through the press and the disgorging, you will have the opportunity to explore the techniques of champagne elaboration step by step.

At the end of the visit, Champagne Amyot will also offer you the honor of a champagne tasting in the rules of the art.
