Combining finesse and elegance, the Blanc de Blancs is one of the most prestigious champagnes in Champagne . Located in the south of the Côte des Blancs, the estate specializes in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the two grape varieties used in the elaboration of the Blanc de Blancs and the red Grands Crus. Since their beginning in 1920, the winegrowers of the family have preserved the traditions and know-how that make them unique. The 3rd generation of the POIROT family perpetuates in particular the tradition of elaborating Blanc de Blancs, the process of which will be revealed to you during the visit.
