When you arrive, this descendant and heir to Paul Collard ‘s savoir-faire will tell you a few anecdotes about the family estate. You’ll discover the captivating story of a line of winemakers, guided by their love and passion for wine.

After discovering the origins of Leblanc-Collard bottles, Charlotte will take you to the heart of the vineyard to give you a better understanding of the winegrowing tradition that began in 1751 and continues to this day. This winemaker will take you through the entire grape-growing process, from terroir to harvest. In particular, she’ll offer explanations adapted to the season and the development of the vines.
