Established in the Alsace-Vosges region 10 years ago, Chef Logan Laug draws inspiration from local flavors to create original dishes that are sure to please every gourmet. Sit at his table for lunch or dinner, and choose from his gastronomic creations. Tasting Menu, Vegetable Awakening, Signature, Atsina Formula, or even Vacuhom Takeaway Menus… Each dish will invite you on an authentic and tasty gustatory journey, sure to delight your palate!

To complement these delicious dishes, Restaurant Logan LAUG also offers a varied drinks menu. Wine lovers in particular will be delighted, with over 290 references carefully preserved in the in-house cellar.

To further explore this innovative cuisine, you can also sign up for an on-site cooking class. Enjoy 2 hours in the company of the Chef to discover his secrets. At the end of the workshop, you’ll have all the tools you need to concoct your own creations, bringing out the very best in local flavors.
