Looking for a calm and serene place to stay in La Campagne? Choose Les Gîtes du Holit. This huge 4000m2 property is located in the heart of the village of Pannes and the Metz, Verdun and Nancy triangle. The owners, Maryline and André Castelli, will be delighted to welcome you. They took the gamble of renovating this former winegrower’s house and traditional farmhouse into an exceptional hospitality establishment.
A successful gamble! In a village dominated by light colors, the building stands out. They have kept the old architectural base and added a few modern touches to make it a home of rare style. The property boasts a spacious 40-acre fenced garden featuring a 300-year-old walnut tree, an old box tree and several fruit trees including apple, mirabelle, cherry and quetsch. Not forgetting the famous palisé pear tree that characterizes the Lorraine farm. There’s also a large swimming pool, heated in season, and a pétanque court.
The 4-star gite can accommodate 2 to 4 people in comfort and conviviality. The establishment is focused on sustainable development. It boasts several labels, including « Clévacances » and « Valeurs parc naturel régional ». Les Gîtes du Holit embodies the perfect combination of old-world charm and modern comfort. About
Les Gîtes du Holit
Next to Lac de Madine, in the center of the Metz-Nancy-Verdun triangle, in the Lorraine Regional Nature Park, our gîtes are in an old, fully renovated Lorraine farmhouse. We have created an 80m² gîte for 3/4 people and a 25m² studio gîte for 2 people. They are independent, rated 4 and 2 stars respectively by "Atout France", 3 and 2 keys by "CléVacances" and labeled "Valeurs parc naturel régional". You'll find peace, comfort and tranquillity. To the rear, on 4000m² of enclosed land, you'll find a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking and our swimming pool, open and heated in season. A barbecue is also available. Beds (90 x 200 or 180 x 200) are made up on request for your arrival. Linen, towels and non-food essentials are provided, as is free wifi access.
We're close to Pont-à-Mousson, Toul, Commercy, Saint-Mihiel and the Côtes de Meuse, Chambley, not forgetting the medieval village of Hattonchâtel and the hilltop of Montsec with its American monument.
You'll find a grocery store, bar, restaurant and all kinds of shops within a radius of 3 to 5 kms.
We provide accommodation on site and are at your disposal for any questions or requests you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
We rent by the week and weekend.
