Set off to conquer the Bruche valley on a ” Croq’vélo, menu terroir” day! Part nature immersion, part gastronomic journey, this outing is full of exciting discoveries. A bike ride to explore, recharge your batteries and enjoy a tasty meal, to be enjoyed solo, as a duo or in a group.
Departing from the Bruche Valley Tourist Office, this bike ride will take you to the heart of the valley’s natural riches. Bring suitable footwear and clothing, put on the helmet provided by the office, and get on your two-wheeler. An electrically-assisted bike will be available from 9am to 5:45pm for a completely free adventure.
As a travel guide, the Tourist Office will provide you with an itinerary before you set off. Rivers, forests, panoramic views of villages, not forgetting the valley’s famous stubble fields. Along the way, you’ll also have the chance to meet some of the artisans and producers who make this authentic destination what it is.
You’ll also have the opportunity to sample local produce at lunchtime. On the menu is a 3-course meal (starter, main course and dessert) to be enjoyed in the restaurant of your choice!

Office de Tourisme de la vallée de la Bruche
Just 45 minutes west of the Alsace metropolis, the Bruche valley stretches from the foothills in the heart of the Massif des Vosges to the borders of Lorraine. Bordered by the highest peaks in the Lower Rhine, the valley combines forest massifs, medium-altitude pastures and high stubble fields.
The valley is crossed by the Bruche river, a natural "link" between the sandstone and granite Vosges, from which it takes its name.
An unusual feature of the Alsatian landscape, the Bruche valley, with its Vosges-style appearance and ancient French-speaking tradition, is nonetheless proud of its art of living, which says it all about being Alsace!
