Fifteen people will be staying in a large, brand-new ***** luxury chalet, facing south, with refined decor and high-quality amenities—you’ll feel right at home in the “Le Pourquoi Pas” chalet. The living areas are arranged around a majestic oak tree. For relaxation, a wide range of amenities is available: a covered outdoor hot tub, a game room for all ages with a pool table, foosball, and board games, a traditional sauna with a view, and a lounge area with a TV and Wi-Fi access.
The chalet features a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a panoramic view of the Bresse Valley and the Massif. The living area opens onto several furnished terraces equipped with a barbecue.
There are 5 separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ample storage, a TV, and a desk.
Linens and a welcome pack are included (bed linens, bath towels, and table linens). A laundry room is available with a washer and dryer. Baby equipment is available upon request.
Outdoor amenities are currently being finalized. Private parking and a secure storage room for bicycles and skis.
“Why not” come and relax here? The neighborhood is quiet; it is essential to maintain this peaceful atmosphere during your stay and to respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. Therefore, no parties are permitted in the chalet. Music, noise, loud conversations, and noisy activities outside the chalet are PROHIBITED from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please also be considerate of the neighborhood from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Should there be a violation of these house rules, the police or gendarmerie will be notified, and any penalties will be the responsibility of the chalet’s occupants. You will be IMMEDIATELY evicted from the chalet. ! ! !
