You will enjoy 3 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with double beds (160×200 cm) featuring high-end bedding and electric shutters on the skylights. The living room, convivial and air-conditioned, includes a 43-inch television, relaxation sofas, board games, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers, oil-free fryer).
For relaxation, a modern bathroom awaits you with its spacious shower and Japanese-style toilets. Outside, the enclosed garden is perfect for unwinding: a garden lounge, sun loungers, and an electric barbecue (seasonal) are available. Two parking spaces are provided to make your stay easier.

– Minimum 2-night stay. We reserve the right to refuse 2-night stays during school holidays.
– Weekdays: 90€ per night for 3 people
– Weekend from Friday 17h to Sunday 12h: 210€ (additional end-of-stay cleaning available for 40€)
– Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday: 450€ (additional end-of-stay cleaning available for 40€)
– Summer vacation rentals, Easter, from May 1st to September 30th, and the month of December: 550€ per week from Saturday to Saturday (additional end-of-stay cleaning available for 40€)
– End-of-stay cleaning: 40€ extra to add.
Bedding and towels included, beds made.
– Mandatory deposit of 400€ (cash, bank transfer, or check)
