In the heart of a village nestled at the foot of the Forêt d’Orient Lakes and the Champagne vineyards, 5 minutes from Nigloland Amusement Park and 15 minutes from Brienne-le-Château, Bar-sur-Aube and Vendeuvre-sur-Barse, come stay in this beautiful and spacious house built of local stone.

The owners live in an annex on the property and will ensure your privacy throughout your stay. From June through September, you can enjoy a 5×10 swimming pool (fenced and unheated), shared with the owners and open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Out of respect for the neighbors, loud parties are prohibited.

On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 triple bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), bathroom (shower and bathtub), and access to the laundry room upon request. On the first floor, you’ll find a living room (sofas, TV), a master suite (140×200 bed) with an en suite bathroom (shower and toilet), a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 beds measuring 90×190), a triple bedroom (160×200 bed + 90×200 bed), and 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets.

On the second floor, you’ll find a 70 m² entertainment lounge: a bar with a beer tap, foosball table, TV, DVD player, a reading nook, casino games, board games, and children’s games.

Outside: fenced-in property with private parking and a private terrace (outdoor furniture, barbecue, lounge chairs), and a ping-pong table. Electricity, heating, and linens (dish towels/tablecloth) are included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival.
