Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar-sur-Aube, and 45 km from Troyes, this former outbuilding of the Château de Spoy—built of local stone—has been renovated into a vacation rental adjoining two others, accommodating 6 to 8 people.
The exposed stone walls, beams, and original roof structure will delight lovers of traditional Champagne-style homes.
Access to the cottage is via an outdoor staircase, leading to the first level, where you’ll find a living area featuring a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, a double bedroom (160×200 bed), a twin bedroom (two 90×200 beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
On the second level, you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a private bathroom, a separate toilet, and a pleasant, bright living room opening onto a 10-square-meter loggia with views of the village and the hillsides.
Outside: an enclosed courtyard and parking are available for your use. At the back of the house, facing the hillside, a very peaceful patio with a barbecue, dining area, and relaxation space awaits you. Linens are provided.
Heating and electricity are extra (5–10 € per day depending on the season). Sheets are extra. Small pets are allowed upon request to the owner (15 € per stay for large dogs). A tour of the wine cellar may be offered upon request.
