Holiday home La Clémenceraie

Located in the Côte des Bar vineyards, this fully equipped, independent rural cottage is situated across from our main house in an enclosed courtyard. Tour of the cellar beneath the cottage, including a demonstration of the disgorging process and a tasting of our champagne (to be enjoyed in moderation!). Complimentary champagne upon arrival! A warm, family-friendly atmosphere guaranteed. 

On the ground floor: kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 double bed), one bedroom (3 single beds), one bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

You’ll enjoy a covered patio with outdoor furniture, a lounge area, a barbecue/plancha, and lounge chairs. Outdoor games for children, swings, a trampoline, and a ping-pong/foosball table. Enclosed parking on the property. Beds made. Heating is included in the price of your stay. End-of-stay cleaning fee available upon request: 100€.

Breakfast supplies for the first few days of your stay are provided free of charge. The water in the cottage is safe to drink: the cottage is equipped with a water treatment system.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: 7 km from Bar-sur-Aube, 30 km from Chaumont, 60 km from Troyes. Walking trails available on-site through the vineyards and forest. Bayel Crystal Factory (5 km), guided tour of Bar-sur-Aube and Clairvaux Abbey (8 km), De Gaulle Memorial in Colombay-les-Deux-Églises (18 km), Nigloland (20 km), Lakes of the Forêt d’Orient.
