On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a pool table, a dining room that seats 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a relaxation area/library, 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet), and a triple bedroom (2 bunk beds measuring 90×190 + one 90×190 bed).

Outside, you’ll have access to a private courtyard and terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol, as well as a swimming pool (accessible and heated from June through early September) shared with the second cottage.
