Located in Wettolsheim, a charming wine-growing village right next to Colmar, it’s next door to “Côté Terroir,” with which it shares the upper floor of a winery building. Its ideal location at the back of our estate and away from the roads provides a calm and peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing.
This modern, spacious 100-square-meter apartment offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful vacation. It features an open-concept kitchen connected to the living area, two large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are 16 m² each (1 with a 160×200 bed, 1 with two 90×190 beds), and in a nook off the entryway, a sleeping area features two bunk beds for your children.
The living room opens onto a beautiful 25-square-meter private terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture. You’ll enjoy pleasant moments there, sheltered from prying eyes, while watching the storks come and go from the nearby nest; on clear days, you’ll be able to make out the Swiss Alps in the distance.
Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
