If you’re a history buff, you’ll enjoy a magical experience with this Bulles de culture guided tour offered by Troyes La Champagne Tourisme, entitled « Monument des enfants de l’Aube ». Taking place in Troyes, it starts at 10 a.m. on May 11, 2024 at Boulevard Carnot, at the entrance to the Jardin de la Chevreuse, on Place Colonel Arnaud Bertrame.
During this 45-minute tour, discover the Monument des Enfants de l’Aube, erected in 1890. Experience the memory of the sacrifice of the soldiers from the Aube département who gave their lives during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870. Accompanied by a professional, discover the origins and significance of the conflict.
The tour is open to a maximum of 35 participants, and children over 6 are welcome. We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance with your electronic tickets. Once you’ve completed your tour, don’t hesitate to continue by booking another theme. Following this tour, you can set off at 11am to discover the Monument des Martyrs de la Résistance.
