Are you looking for an original trek in the Vosges? Get ready for an odyssey in the Vosges forest.

The program includes 3 days’ walking of 10/12 km maximum. But the odyssey concept goes much further, with workshops in sylvotherapy or forest bathing, a discovery of Bushcraft (gentle survival, minimalist bivouac, making a fire, discovering edible wild plants) or an introduction to Afghani walking. Every day also begins with a muscular awakening and stretching exercises. There’s a whole host of surprises in store for you, to make your stay in nature a real change of scenery.

Our leitmotiv is to take our time, get off the beaten track and guarantee you a break from everyday life. And all with a low carbon footprint!

Albane is a mountain guide specializing in well-being hiking. I organize day trips as well as multi-day treks, with bivouacs and complete autonomy.
I like the Vosges for its forest baths and sylvotherapy, but I also like this massif because you can take in the sights without too much change in altitude.
We can alternate between open mountain landscapes with stubble fields and then immerse ourselves in the forest and discover this extraordinary plant world.
