45 minutes from Troyes, 30 minutes from Provins, come and stay in this large, spacious family home designed with different areas for seclusion or get-togethers. The 2800 m² grounds are fully enclosed, with flowers and trees, and are ideal for children’s play and parking. You can also enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue, weather permitting.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with open fireplace (wood not supplied by the owner, you’ll need to buy your own logs), a spacious living room with large-screen TV (Netflix/Canal Satellite/Amazon video), a bright dining room in the veranda, another dining area, a reading room with bar, a billiards room with pool access, a laundry room, a bathroom (shower + bath), 2 WCs and a double bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find 5 spacious double bedrooms with TV and relaxation area, a bathroom (shower + bath) and a toilet. The pool area features a year-round heated indoor pool (shower/hamac/bar/games) and a 3-seater spa. Beds are made up on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, and heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.

The owners offer great flexibility regarding arrival and departure times. Nevertheless, it is imperative to ask for their agreement.
