In the heart of downtown Bar-sur-Aube, where you’ll have access to all shops and amenities (restaurants, bakery, newsstand, movie theater, supermarket…), come stay in this Champagne-style townhouse with a private, enclosed courtyard—perfect for your sightseeing trips, short breaks, or business stays. 

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), and pets are welcome.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area consisting of a living room with a sofa bed (for an additional €10 per night per person), TV, decorative electric fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a work/remote work area. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom (140×190 bed) with a baby corner (an extra bed is available for an older child), a bathroom (bathtub, sink, and toiletries), and a separate toilet. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private, fully enclosed courtyard featuring garden furniture with a parasol, a barbecue, a lounge area, and lounge chairs. Bicycles and scooters will be available for your use. To make your stay more enjoyable and convenient, everything is included in the price (bed made, towels, linens, heating, electricity, and housekeeping), except for the pet fee (€5/day/pet). Street parking is available with a parking disc provided by the owners, or free parking without a disc is available 50 meters away.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: River canoe rentals 200 m away, hiking trails and paragliding 1.5 km away, Nigloland 12 km away, wine cellar tours and Champagne tastings, swimming and water sports in Port Dienville, Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, and Clairvaux Abbey.
