As an advocate of responsible, sustainable production, it has been awarded numerous labels, including « Vignobles et Découvertes », « Vigneron indépendant » and « Haute Valeur Environnementale ». The estate is also in the process of converting to organic farming.

You’ll have the opportunity to discover the history of the Munster Valley and its vineyards. You’ll learn all about the winemaking process, from the grape to the bottle.

This wine journey will be followed by a convivial tasting and discussion. On the menu, 5 wine and cheese pairings from the Munster Valley, carefully selected to reveal the distinctive flavours and aromas of Alsace.
