If you’d like to find out more about champagne production, jump at the chance!
It’s in the heart of Champagne’s verdant landscape, in the charming village of Écueil, that Maison Champagne Louis Brochet opens its doors to you for this immersive journey. Spread over 50 parcels of vines, this 13-hectare estate is the pride and joy of Hélène and Louis Brochet, whose specialty is Pinot Noir. One of the most renowned grape varieties for champagne production.
Authenticity and passion are the strengths of the House, which has managed to preserve its ancestral winemaking values right up to the present day. During your visit to the estate, you’ll have the chance to discover how the traditional wine press works, which is still in use today. Your host will also take you through the various stages of champagne production, from vineyard management to vinification.

SARL Brochet-Hervieux
Independent winegrower established in Champagne, we are harvesting and handling on a vineyard of 13 hectares led in integrated viticulture. Our vintages are the expression of our terroir with a majority of Pinot Noir on clay-limestone and sandy-silt soils on our villages classified as Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims and on our beautiful sunny hillsides of the Ardre Valley.
Fourth generation at the head of Champagne Louis Brochet, we perpetuate the history and the family know-how while marking our turn with low dosage vintages and a meticulous plot work. Sensitive to current environmental issues, we carry out in-depth work from the vine to the final bottle, with ever greater precision and commitment, and are certified as High Environmental Value (HVE3) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne.
