Place Stanislas

Troyes, the medieval belle

Troyes has an undeniable historic heritage, and its beauty lies in the authenticity it exudes. A visit to the town's historic centre reveals its charm of yesteryear: its timber-framed houses and medieval-inspired architecture make Troyes one of the French towns with the best-preserved heritage.

Troyes is also a shopper's town: its textile expertise dating back to the 12th century has been perpetuated, making it a haven for factory outlets. It's impossible not to find what you're looking for amidst an abundance of brand names. Fancy a trip into the fresh air? On the outskirts of the city, there are vineyards ready to be explored: would you prefer a tasting in a cellar or a bike ride through the vines?

The wow factor: a strong medieval influence and Art Deco heritage, a mix of styles that's sure to make you fall in love!

Strasbourg, the majestic city

To visit Strasbourg and enjoy every moment, you can wander the cobbled streets, share a pretzel, take a nap in the Parc de l'Orangerie, indulge in homemade chocolate, visit the famous Notre-Dame cathedral and wander through the Petite-Île and Neustadt districts, listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Multicultural with its European quarter, historic with the Palais Rohan and bucolic with its covered bridges, Strasbourg has something for everyone. Of course, the Petite France district is worth exploring: picturesque and charming, it is often compared to Venice with its canals. In mid-November, a wind of magic blows through the city: with its decorations, lights and comforting scents, France's oldest Christmas market finally opens its doors!

All aboard: Strasbourg is home to France's leading bicycle network, so don't hesitate to get on your bike for a gentle tour of the city.

Reims, the sparkling city

Prestigious expertise, a renowned historical heritage, vineyards as far as the eye can see: a grandiose summary for the beautiful city of Reims! Reims Cathedral, the Palais du Tau, Saint-Remi Abbey and Saint-Nicaise Hill are all UNESCO World Heritage Sites. In this capital of Art Deco, pure, harmonious buildings and mosaics adorn the city.

While you're in Reims, try a glass of Champagne and learn about the skills of the winegrowers, handed down from generation to generation. After this must-do experience, the options are wide open: are you more interested in a sporty bike ride or a vintage experience in a van through the vineyards?

We love: the immediate coolness of the underground chalk pits, the best way to get away from the heat!

Metz, the creative city

The city of Metz has been awarded the Ville d'Art et d'Histoire (City of Art and History) label, which means it awakens our creativity. A must-see is the Centre Pompidou-Metz, the driving force behind local cultural life: a centre dedicated to modern and contemporary art, we love its innovative architecture as much as its daring exhibitions. We'll finish our trip at the Cathédrale Sainte-Etienne, a jewel of Gothic art, before taking a boat out on the Moselle for an evening on the water.

Try it out: enjoy an aperitif with friends at the end of the day on the water, overlooking the illuminated city.

Nancy, the arty city

As the cradle of art in all its forms, this trip to Nancy opens the door to a treasure trove of heritage and culture. A veritable cradle of Art Nouveau, the city's different districts are filled with facades painted and decorated with flowers. The most obvious place to stop is the elegant and majestic Place Stanislas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful squares in the world.
