Swim against the current to energize yourself, then follow the tunnel to reach a magnificent balneo rain grotto. The Nordic baths then welcome you for 3 individual baths at 36°C, followed by a 50°C hammam session in the Nordic grotto. After enjoying the cascading rain shower and ice fountain, relax in the infrared rest beds in the mineral area.

Alternating hot, cold and rest periods, thermorelaxation then takes you to the forest sauna with integrated shower. A 90°C relaxation session awaits you, followed by a cold bath at 8°C that’s sure to wake you up. For unparalleled massage experiences, a sensory observatory with 2 massaging floatation beds is also available at extra cost. You can also access the massage grotto at an additional cost (booking required).

At Domaine du Hirtz, if you need an extra boost, the fitness tent will welcome you for screen-based sports activities and cardio sessions. After a busy 4 hours, round off your adventure with a convivial gourmet experience at Kota, a self-cooking restaurant. It’s only open for lunch, and at an additional cost.
