# Champagne Day – Masterclass at Epernay town hall

Take part in a unique gastronomic experience on Friday, October 25 at Épernay’s Hôtel de Ville, hosted by Nicolas Rieffel, a contestant on Masterchef in 2010! The evening combines exceptional wines and refined dishes, concocted by two Michelin-starred chefs: Philippe Mille, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and Sébastien Morellon, head chef at Maison Perrier-Jouët. If you’re passionate about wine and gastronomy, this event in a prestigious and refined setting is for you!

The evening begins at 6:30pm with a welcome glass of champagne, Domaine Julien Chopin’s Les Originelles Blanc de Noirs Extra brut. You’ll then be welcomed by two chefs for a moment of culinary discovery and sharing. A masterclass hosted by Nicolas Rieffel will plunge you into the heart of food and wine pairing, with 8 exceptional champagnes from the Champagne AOC, a UNESCO World Heritage site, paired with gourmet bites prepared by Philippe Mille and Sébastien Morellon.
