This 60 m² apartment, located at the rear of a bioclimatic house, offers completely independent access via outside stairs. It includes a private terrace equipped with a dining area, an outdoor lounge and an electric plancha for outdoor meals. The interior is warm and functional, with a bedroom with two beds (80×200 cm and 140×200 cm), a shower room with WC, a living room with sofa bed (140×200 cm), a TNT TV, a connected loudspeaker, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. For a cosy atmosphere, a wood-burning stove is available.

The gîte also features private parking in an enclosed courtyard and a sheltered area for bikes and motorcycles, with a charging point for electric vehicles. Families will appreciate the children’s facilities, including a cot, high chair, bottle warmer and changing mat.
