Contemplate the beauty of snow-covered landscapes as you set off on a snowshoe hike to discover Schnepfenried. Promoted by Destination Sport Nature, this tour is designed to satisfy sports enthusiasts. Discovery, fun, well-being and culture are all on the agenda.

On this snowshoeing tour of Schnepfenried, discover the magnificent Gaschney trail in the Vosges mountains. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding valleys, such as the Vallée de Munster. Enjoy a splendid spectacle of unspoilt, windswept flora and fauna, and mountain plants evolving in extreme weather conditions.

You’ll start with a tour of the resort from the Schnepfenried parking lot, where you’ll be met by a professional guide. You’ll then discover the resort, which rises to an altitude of over 1250 m, with a stop at the summit to learn more about the history of the site. The tour then continues through the fir forests, before returning to the starting point.

This 3-hour hike is suitable for all levels, but is not suitable for people with heart problems or those with reduced mobility. You’ll be provided with all the equipment you’ll need, including snowshoes, poles and a headlamp.

Rates for private outings:
– For groups of more than 6 people, a supplement of €20 per adult, €16 per teenager and €12 per child is charged.
– You can create a customized outing for your group (family, friends, colleagues) for a minimum charge of €150 for a half-day and €280 for a full day.
