The Champagne Le Gallais vintages symbolize the extent of a know-how recognized for 5 generations. With a delicate or pronounced flavor, the vintages come from a rich and lovingly maintained environment. During an outing with family or friends, let yourself be guided by a wine expert by participating in a tasting session composed of 3 vintages developed in this family estate.
During your tasting, you will learn all the techniques to savor this prestigious beverage in the rules of art. You will have the choice between the Cuvée du Manoir, the Cuvée des Cèdres, the Grande Vigne, the Rosé des Poètes and the Millésime 2014. New gustatory sensations are waiting for you, so don't hesitate to discover it!
You will enjoy a privileged moment in an enchanting setting, accompanied by your hosts who will share with you their passion for viticulture. By participating in the tasting workshop of the house Le Gallais, champagne will become for you much more than a simple festive drink!

CHAMPAGNE LE GALLAIS
Charlotte Le Gallais and her team cultivate 4 hectares of vines in the historic Clos du Château de Boursault, owned by the family since 1927. The 3 Champenois grape varieties are cultivated there and divided into 7 parcels in the four corners of the property. The Domain is now certified High Environmental Value.
The press, the cellars and the winery are also located in the vineyard, a few hundred meters away from the most distant plot, which guarantees a great freshness of the fruit at the time of its pressing and its transformation.
Today we welcome visitors to the Domaine to share our passion, from the vine to the flute. Within this 16th century Clos, unique in Champagne, we have built a confidential glass roof offering a 180° view on the vineyard of the Marne Valley and on the towers of the Château in order to share privileged and intimate moments with our visitors.
