Housed on the first floor of a former coaching inn, the Nouvelle Auberge gourmet restaurant welcomes you to a typically Alsatian setting. Surrounded by half-timbered walls and a few local flowers, Martine and Bernard Leray serve up top-flight dishes. Taste the talent of a Michelin-starred chef, who will delight you with a cuisine rich in flavors. In particular, he offers a 3-course pleasure menu based on fresh local produce.
In addition to your meal, the Nouvelle Auberge offers a wine tasting at the Schoenheitz estate. Just a stone’s throw from the village, the vineyards stretch across the slopes of the Val de Munster. In this green setting in the heart of Alsace, you’ll taste a selection of wines, world-renowned for their finesse. One address, two restaurants to discover. Formerly a post office, the Nouvelle Auberge has kept its original function by serving market cuisine at lunchtime in the bistro on the first floor, based on a very rigorous quality-price ratio.
Upstairs, between tradition and innovation, the gastronomic restaurant allows for creativity and total freedom of expression according to the seasons, to the delight of the guests.
