Canoë sur la Meuse

Canoeing on the Moselle, it's a smooth ride

As soon as you start paddling, the Moselle reveals its natural treasures. On the banks, the ballet of grey herons and kingfishers punctuates the descent, offering attentive paddlers magnificent moments of observation. The river meanders gently, making it ideal for a family outing or a trip with less adventurous friends. When you need a break, the charming village of Nomexy invites you to take an invigorating break. Its peaceful banks provide the perfect setting for a picnic. It's also an opportunity to discover this village with its rich past, a witness to a history that has been written along the Moselle. The final stretch of the route takes you to Charmes, a small town on the banks of the river, where you can extend your experience on the terrace of a café. After the effort, it's time to relax: a well-deserved refreshment overlooking the river, before strolling through the narrow streets or exchanging a few sailing memories. A gentle end to a trip that's accessible to everyone.
