Meet a pack of dogs with a cani-rando

Hiking is great, but with dogs it's even better! On the ballon d'Alsace, a pack of 40 dogs and their breeders await you. This troop, impressive though it is, obeys a few rules that will be shared with you: hierarchy, approaching the dogs, the right gestures to adopt... Once the introductions have been made with the dog, you set off on a hike with the best of company. As if he knew the way, your dog, at the head of the procession, pulls you along in a harness. A well-mastered symphony, the snow crunches under their paws, before cracking under your feet. For almost 2 hours, you explore the emblematic summit of the Vosges, entirely covered in a thick blanket of snow. Gliding on giant donuts in La Bresse-Hohneck

If you're intrigued by the idea of gliding across the snow in a round boat, get ready for the Flying Donuts experience at La Bresse Hohneck. Head for the Hansel conveyor belt that takes you to the starting point, while the fresh mountain air and snow-covered panoramas immediately put you in the mood. As you reach the top of the slope, you're faced with the downhill you're about to descend. Once you've settled into your giant float, it's all about the thrills: the faster the float goes, the more it spins. With its mix of laughter, adrenaline and snowy panorama, it's the perfect activity to try out with your family or friends.

Airboarding downhill

Head for Gérardmer for a shot of speed... head first! Once you've been briefed, get equipped for your activity in complete safety. The only thing missing is an airboard. Aboard this inflatable sled, you'll hurtle down the 35° slope in front of you. Take a deep breath as you enjoy the snowy scenery, take a few steps to build up a bit of momentum, and off you go! Lying back with your head forward, the speed propels you down this vertiginous descent... Once you've reached the bottom of the slope, it's time for a second round?

As night falls in the heart of the Lac Blanc resort, we're rushing to put on our snowshoes and explore the snow-covered mountains. Accompanied by Nathanaël, we set off on an adventure under the discreet but reassuring light of the stars. This magical winter hike offers a different perspective on the mountains: one of silence and tranquillity. After an hour's walk, a picturesque hut comes into view. In the distance, you can smell the mouth-watering aroma of gourmet food. Inside, we discover a warm and intimate inn that is quick to warm our hearts and delight our taste buds. We enjoyed a delicious fondue, prepared with local cheeses, and shared our thoughts and impressions of this unusual activity. What stood out for us? The absolute calm of the mountains at night, which creates a peaceful and magical atmosphere!
