Unwind in the heart of unspoilt nature

Wide open spaces criss-crossed by numerous rivers and above all its eponymous river, the Meuse, one of the largest in Europe. Over 900km long, it rises in Haute-Marne and ends its course in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The La Meuse à vélo cycle route follows its course, with several stages in the département. It's a great way to combine sporting activities in the fresh air with cultural discoveries in the stopover towns of Saint-Mihiel, Verdun and Stenay.
As you can see, the Meuse is a real paradise for nature lovers and those who dream of taking a break, contemplating the countryside and slow tourism.
