Bed and breakfast La Villa des Chouettes

20 minutes from the A5 freeway exit (Paris), 25 minutes from factory outlets and 30 minutes from Troyes town center. Come and discover a real haven of peace with a chic country feel, nestled in the heart of a village in Champagne, at the gateway to Burgundy, in an old renovated farmhouse. Pets welcome on request (in the roulotte).

At Villa des Chouettes, you can choose between the Family Suite (with private access) or the Roulotte. The air-conditioned suite comprises a double bedroom (bed 160×200) with a small sitting area, 4K flat-screen TV, dressing room, bathroom (shower and bath), herbal tea area, separate WC and a twin room communicating with the master bedroom. Homemade breakfast or breakfast made with local produce will be served at the owners’ table. The roulotte can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed 140×190 in alcove, 2 single beds 80×190), dining area and herbal tea room, shower room/wc. Breakfast basket will be delivered in the morning. Outside: 3000 m2 grounds, terrace, swimming pool, deckchairs, pétanque, mountain biking and 2CV rides in season. Secure parking.
