In this guest house, authentic charm meets modern comfort. This recently renovated 19th-century farmhouse has retained all its character while offering top-of-the-range amenities. Air-conditioned and fully equipped, it offers 5 guest rooms and a gîte, all tastefully decorated. You’ll be seduced by the warm, elegant atmosphere, where every detail has been thought of to guarantee your comfort.
Originally from the Aube region, the hosts will be delighted to help you discover the local produce. Anne-Lise, a true gourmet, will prepare tasty dishes using local produce. She’ll share her know-how with you during a convivial cooking class.
For this stay, you’ll enjoy 2 nights in one of the guesthouse’s charming rooms. Each morning begins with a delicious gourmet breakfast, prepared with fresh local produce. On Friday evening, a dinner for 2 awaits you at the table d’hôtes, with a starter, main course, cheeses and dessert on the menu, excluding drinks. A gourmet truffle dinner will be served on Saturday, a true celebration of this culinary delight. To complete the experience, a 30-minute cooking class will teach you how to prepare a truffle butter, which you can easily recreate at home.

For an additional charge, we can add :
- Sunday morning truffle hunting in the Clairvaux forest, followed by Champagne tasting at our partner winegrower’s. This service costs €100 for 2 people and is payable directly to the winegrower.
- A romantic welcome for €100
- A bottle of Champagne rosé in your room on arrival for 55€.

Opening times
This holiday is only available between mid-October and mid-December, and only on specific weekends.

Arrival is from 4:00 pm on Friday.
Departure is around 9:00 am on Sunday morning, after which you can head off to their partner winegrowers for a memorable truffle hunt in the Clairvaux forest.

About
Villa de la Croix
Our guest house is an old Champagne farmhouse from 1903 which has been completely renovated. It is located in the small and quiet village of Villechétif, 10 minutes from the center of Troyes. We offer 5 guest rooms, a gîte, an outdoor swimming pool heated from May to September and a seminar room.
We also offer our guests the possibility to eat at our table d'hôtes which is open every day except Sundays. We are passionate about gastronomy and like to honor the delicious products of our region.
We speak English and German and offer many services to our guests such as bicycle rental and the organization of visits to Champagne cellars.
