Gravel Escape – 3 days

Looking for a thrilling adventure as a couple or with friends? How about a 3-day gravel escape to discover the Hautes-Vosges from the inside? Bike Tours Vosges has concocted an unsuspected tour for you, between forest tracks, high balconies and gurgling streams. An exceptional trip for 2 people, with magnificent views that are sure to amaze!

Active couples, hikers or nature lovers? Get your bike ready, strap on your helmet and come and experience this exceptional 3-day getaway. Departing from Gérardmer, Xonrupt-Longemer or the Remiremont TGV station, you’ll conquer the Hautes-Vosges on mostly gravel trails, but also small roads and singletrack. You’ll cover between 30 and 80 km a day, depending on your aspirations. At each stage, you’ll be accommodated on a half-board basis in an inn, bed & breakfast or small 1, 2 or 3-star hotel.

Between hidden valleys, intimate forests and natural waterways, the Vosges trails will take you through eclectic landscapes. Not necessarily a restaurant on the horizon, but packed lunches will be provided by the team to keep you satiated during the adventure. A paper roadbook and GPX file will enable you to choose your route freely from day to day. To ensure your safety, the package also includes a GPS navigation system, a tracker and 24/7 telephone assistance.

Before each departure, hand in your luggage at the hotel reception desk, and collect it from your next accommodation provider on arrival. There are no particular technical difficulties. However, to ensure that you enjoy your trip in complete freedom, we recommend that you use a bicycle in perfect working order.
