Located 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, 14 km from Nogent sur Seine and its nuclear power plant, the gite « Chez Mimi » welcomes you all year round in a modern, cosy atmosphere. Located in a quiet village close to all amenities.

On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with sitting area, dining area, open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room with double vanity unit and separate toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll have access to a double bedroom (bed 140×190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90×190) and an office area on the mezzanine. Outside, you’ll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs, private parking, garage, courtyard and garden. The owners live close to the gite, but will be very discreet during your stay. Heating and electricity are included in the price, and beds and linen are made up on arrival.
