Villa Primerose offers top-of-the-range accommodation, certified 4 keys by Clévacances. It offers 5 fully-equipped guest rooms and 1 comfortable gîte. Ideally located in Arcis-sur-Aube, close to many attractions, it’s the ideal holiday rental for families or couples.
The guest rooms are spread over 3 levels in an old manor house. They benefit from plenty of sunshine and unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside. Each offers authentic charm and original 1930s decor. Precious woods, moldings and fireplaces make up the decor. They are spacious and fully equipped, each with a large private bathroom. The largest, Troyes, Châlons and Reims, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, and a baby if required. They are ideal for a family stay. Mailly and Mery, with their slightly smaller layouts, are ideal for creating your own little cocoon for the duration of your getaway.
The villa also features an independent gîte. This one, with its 19th-century style, is in the belle époque spirit. Nestled in the heart of the estate’s grounds, it offers a breathtaking view of the Plaine de Champagne region. It can accommodate up to 12 people in its 500 m² of living space. It is spread over two levels and includes 8 bedrooms, a large terrace and a green area with garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. What’s more, the gîte lacks nothing to make your stay a pleasant one. It features televisions, DVD players, a stereo system and a home cinema.
