Les Olivanies – RETRO Room
Located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, more precisely in Monthelon, near Epernay in the Marne, this guest house offers you its Retro room which can accommodate up to 6 people.
The least we can say is that the Retro room is well named. Decorated with care in pink and beige powdery tones, it gives pride of place to raw and natural materials, vintage furniture and antique objects. This non-smoking guest room is located on the second floor of an old barn dating from the 19th century and offers a view of the town's monuments.
With a surface area of 30 m², it has a double bed, two trundle beds, a nice bathroom and a closed toilet. Breakfast, already included in the price, will be served on the first floor, in a large room where there is a cafe atmosphere like in the Belle Époque.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by Stephanie and Olivier, parents of two daughters, who will do everything possible to ensure your stay is perfect. They will be happy to advise you on the sites to visit and the restaurants in the area.

LES OLIVANIES
Three air-conditioned guest rooms in Monthelon, near Epernay in the Marne, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in a 19th-century barn carefully renovated over 2 years by Stéphanie & Olivier.
The building, located in the courtyard opposite the owners' home, was once used as a hayloft on the 1st floor and for wine-making on the first floor.
A weekend in Champagne?
Each of the three guest rooms on the 1st floor, equipped with new top-of-the-range bedding, is dedicated to guests and decorated with charm and refinement.
The vast room on the first floor, decorated in a café atmosphere of yesteryear, serves breakfast with a relaxing area where you can make yourself comfortable.
During your stay, we hope to offer you a pleasant and serene time with family or friends.
Take the time to relax and unwind in a friendly atmosphere!
