In fact, it has 3 comfortable bedrooms covering an area of 133 m², enough to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. In each room, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home. These include quality bedding, cotton percale linens, and 100% cotton Blanc des Vosges towels and bathrobes.
Decorated in a contemporary style, the gîte is ultra-equipped from kitchen to bedroom to living room. A spa, billiard table and darts are also at your disposal, so you can spend quality time with your partner, friends or family. And that's not counting the terrace and outdoor area - planted with trees and flowers and not overlooked - where you can chat, read a book or simply relax...

You can take full advantage of the top-of-the-range Spa at any time, play a game of billiards (one-piece 19mm slate board) or a game of darts to find out who's going to fetch breakfast the next morning:).
The living room is ultra-equipped, with Marshall Bluetooth speakers, Full HD TV with a multitude of channels including Canal+ Séries, and a powerful home cinema system for the Hifi system. As for furnishings, we've opted for maximum comfort, with a set of full-grain leather Roche Bois sofas that are sure to relax you and encourage you to enjoy your evenings in the best possible conditions (board games for all ages and books at your disposal).
The rooms are equipped with Connected Televisions and new Bultex bedding. All linens are cotton percale for a soft, restful night's sleep. 100% cotton Blanc des Vosges towels and bathrobes for every guest.
The kitchen and dining area are also ultra-equipped. From breakfast to a beautifully presented dinner, we've provided you with as many little accessories as possible to make you feel right at home. Porcelain crockery, stainless steel saucepans, small Magimix appliances, etc...
Appliances such as raclette, croque monsieur, fondue, etc... will also complete your stay in a convivial way.
The house is fully secured by a connected alarm and emergency system. (With immediate intervention by the appropriate services).
You'll enjoy a flower-filled, tree-lined exterior that changes with the seasons. Not overlooked, for peaceful relaxation. (garden furniture, barbecue, covered table, terrace heating...)
