“Au Grès des Vignes” – Charming holiday home for 4 to 6 people in the heart of Turckheim (10 min. from Colmar)

Charming self-contained gîte, tastefully renovated in 2021. Ideally located in the heart of the typical village of Turckheim.

Situated in the owners’ courtyard, the house features a private terrace, ideal for meals and summer relaxation in the shade of a wisteria.

The living space comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (including dishwasher), a dining/living room opening onto the terrace.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate WC.

Upstairs, two bedrooms and a rest area welcome you. The first bedroom has a double bed (180X200), while the second has two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed (180X190). The resting area, an ideal cocoon for reading, features a comfortable sofa-bed for two (mattress topper available).

In the living room, you’ll find a TV (SFR-TV and Netflix bouquet access), a connection (Wi-Fi ADSL), a washer-dryer, a clotheshorse, iron and ironing board. A barbecue is available in the courtyard.

A high chair, cot, raclette and fondue machines are available on request.

Bikes and motorcycles can be parked in the courtyard, and luggage unloaded on arrival if required.

Free public parking is available 150 m away (further free parking is available at the entrance to the village).

The gîte, tastefully decorated with a blend of character and modernity, offers a privileged and relaxing setting for exploring the region.

Ideal for a family with children, a couple looking for peace and quiet, or lovers of outdoor activities (departure point for hiking, mountain biking, trail running, etc.).

In winter, discover the Christmas markets (Colmar, Riquewhir, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg). Colmar is one of the most beautiful cities at this time of year (accessible by car or train in 10 minutes). You’re also within easy reach of the first ski resorts (30 minutes by car).

Throughout the year, wine lovers will also be delighted to discover the famous estates of Alsace (Turckheim is on the Alsace wine route).

The gîte is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Visitor’s tax: 1.10€ per person of age and per night, will be requested on arrival when booking directly with the owner.

Cleaning and linen hire service: 50 euros for 2 to 3 nights, 75 euros for more.
