INDEPENDENT SOUTH-Facing CHALET WITH 32 m² TERRACE, LAKE VIEW

Chalet 600 m from the town center, the lake for swimming and hiking, and just 4 km from the ski slopes. Chalet de Grany comprises two independent bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and wardrobe, the second with 2 80cm beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
Beds are made up on arrival.

Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, raclette and fondue machines, coffee/expresso maker, hand blender). Open-plan living area with sofa, armchair, library and games, flat-screen TV.

Baby equipment included: cot, high chair and child’s chair, as well as a baby crib and safety gate for the staircase.

Secure lock-up for skis, bikes and motorcycles. Room with washing machine. Ironing board and iron.
2 terraces with 2 sets of garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Chalet heated in winter when guests arrive!

Private parking.
All-inclusive price (water, electricity, etc.), cleaning cloths and cleaning products supplied.
compulsory cleaning charge 40 euros.

In winter, free ski shuttle 500m away.
