Upstairs: a reading room, 2 double bedrooms (160×200 bed) with private bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet), 2 dorm-style bedrooms (4 beds, 90×200), a bathroom with a shower stall, double sink, and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Outside, you’ll have access to a courtyard and a fully enclosed lawned area with an unobstructed and pleasant view, providing parking for 3 vehicles, as well as a terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, awning shades, an outdoor bar, an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, a basketball hoop, and badminton equipment.
